Our Neapolitan style dough, cold fermented for 72 hours. 260gr approx, suitable for a 12' pizza.
 
- Fresh dough must be ordered no later than 4pm on day of collection, 
- Available to be collected from 4pm daily.
- Please specify if you would like your dough wrapped (in cling film) or if you would like it in a tray (trays available to hire and purchase.)
- Purchasing dough trays; these will need to be ordered the day before.
- Dough trays available to hire for same day collections.
- When collecting dough wrapped up, please allow 2-4 hours for dough to relax  at room temp in an airtight container once unwrapped.
